Today, the Lower Nicola Community Association is a dedicated group of individuals focused on creating an enjoyable community for the benefit of everyone living in Lower Nicola and the surrounding area.
The hall is available for dances, weddings, celebrations of life, monthly meetings, classes and special occasions. There is a handicap washroom on the main floor and washrooms and kitchen on the bottom floor. The total maximum capacity of the hall is 150.
There is also a sign on the front of the building for local businesses to advertise their business and hall functions to advertise their event.

Hall Rental Fees:
Saturday 9am until Sunday 12 noon - Basic Hall Rental - $300.00
Early Set Up Fee - 2pm - $50.00
1/2 Day Basic Hall Rental (4 hours) - Fee $100.00
Hall Rental Fee includes the use of the outside sign to advertise your event for the week prior to the event
Sign Rental Fee:
The computerized lit sign on the outside of the building is available for any local business to advertise on for a period of 30 days. Advertising information needs to be supplied to the Lower Nicola Community Association at least 5 days prior for approval. No political advertising allowed and any Community Emergency warnings will take precedent over regular advertising. Date availability to be confirmed prior to advertising.
